Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing some tips about how to stay well during the Winter months.

It appears that the Wintery Weather is well and truly here to stay for the next few months. I'm sure whatever part of the country you are in, you are wrapping up warm and finding it harder to get out of bed in the mornings!

Winter tends to be a time when we get sick more easily and it's harder to stay motivated and on track with a healthy lifestyle.

Tip #1:

Help to ward off the dreaded flu this Winter season by getting the flu vaccine - it's a relatively small price to pay for good health this Winter and certain people (people at high risk ie. those with Asthma and expectant Mothers) may even be funded by the government.
